Your patients' data, protected
eMedHub runs on secure AWS data centres in India, with encryption end to end, automated encrypted backups, role-based access and full audit trails — so your hospital's data stays private, available and yours.
In one line
eMedHub runs each organization in its own isolated tenant, hosted on AWS in India, with data encrypted in transit and at rest, automated encrypted backups, and role-based access with audit trails — ABDM-verified and NABH-ready.
How eMedHub keeps your data secure
From tenant isolation to the last audit log — security at every layer.
Your own private tenant
Every organization runs in its own dedicated tenant — your hospital's data is never mixed with another's.
A tenant per organization
Your hospital or group gets its own isolated tenant, so your data lives separately from every other organization on eMedHub.
No cross-access
Users, records and settings are scoped to your tenant — no other organization can see or reach your data.
Multi-branch, one tenant
Run several branches under one organization tenant, with consolidated reporting and per-branch access controls.
Enterprise data centres, in India
Your records live in world-class facilities — without you running a single server.
Hosted in India
Data is stored in AWS's Mumbai region, keeping your patients' data within the country.
Physical security
24×7 guarded, access-controlled facilities with power and network redundancy — managed by AWS.
Redundancy & recovery
Automated encrypted backups and a defined restore process protect against data loss.
Encrypted end to end
Unreadable to anyone without authorisation — moving or stored.
In transit
Every connection between the browser and eMedHub is secured over HTTPS/TLS, so data can't be intercepted in motion.
At rest
Stored data is encrypted with AES-256 using AWS-managed keys — including every automated backup.
Built on Amazon Web Services
The same cloud that runs global healthcare and finance workloads.
Elastic & reliable
Capacity scales with your load, targeting 99.9% uptime — no on-premise hardware to fail.
Access anywhere
A secure cloud platform your team reaches from any branch, on web and mobile.
Certified infrastructure
AWS's infrastructure holds ISO 27001, SOC 1/2/3 and PCI DSS certifications.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is our data kept separate from other hospitals?+
Yes. Every organization runs in its own dedicated tenant, so your users, records and configuration are isolated — no other hospital on the platform can see or access your data. Multiple branches of your own group run together under your organization's tenant.
Where is our hospital's data stored?+
Your data is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) data centres in the Mumbai (India) region, so it stays within the country. AWS handles the physical security, power redundancy and network resilience of the underlying infrastructure.
Is the data encrypted?+
Yes. Data is encrypted in transit over HTTPS/TLS between the browser and the server, and encrypted at rest with AES-256 — including automated backups.
How are backups handled?+
Backups run automatically and are stored encrypted, so your records can be restored as part of our disaster-recovery process. Because eMedHub is cloud-based, there are no on-premise servers for your team to back up or maintain.
Who can access patient data inside our hospital?+
Access is controlled by role-based permissions you configure — each user (doctor, front desk, pharmacy, billing, management) sees only what their role allows. Every action is recorded in audit trails for accountability.
Is eMedHub compliant with Indian healthcare standards?+
eMedHub is ABDM-verified with ABHA linking, and its documentation and workflows are aligned to NABH accreditation standards. The platform runs on AWS infrastructure that holds international certifications such as ISO 27001, SOC 1/2/3 and PCI DSS.
Do we own our data?+
Yes. Your data belongs to you and can be exported at any time — there is no lock-in.
